Hi, I’m Cindy!

Many of us spend a great deal of time trying to manage, understand, or push through what we're experiencing. Therapy offers a chance to slow down, become curious about what's happening beneath the surface, and make space for parts of ourselves that may have gone unheard for a long time.

It's a place to better understand your experience and explore what may be asking for your attention.

Perhaps some of this feels familiar…

My Approach

Life can sometimes feel as though it is happening to us rather than something we are actively experiencing. We may feel disconnected from ourselves and others, often waiting for a chance to catch our breath or figure out how to manage everything more effectively.

Stress, anxiety, past experiences, and trauma can shape how we move through the world. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical experiences, and nervous systems are often more connected than we realize.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, become curious about these connections, and explore what may be asking for your attention.
