My Approach
I believe healing happens in relationship — with yourself, with the people who matter to you, and within a therapeutic space that feels attuned and safe enough for real change to unfold. When you’re met with presence instead of pressure, your own inner guidance becomes easier to hear.
Instead of offering advice, I help you reconnect with the clarity and steadiness already inside you. Healing is the process of returning to that inner Self and learning to live from it with more ease, trust, and choice.

What is IFS?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, respectful way of understanding your inner world. It’s based on the idea that we all have different “parts” within us — the overwhelmed part, the fearful part, the part that overthinks, the part that wants change, the part that’s scared of it. These parts aren’t problems to fix; they’re protective, adaptive, and often carrying more than they were meant to.
IFS helps you get to know these parts with curiosity instead of judgment. As you understand what they’re trying to protect, they begin to soften. This creates space for a deeper, steadier place within you — your Self — the calm, clear, compassionate presence that can lead your life with more ease and alignment.
IFS is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the stress, fear, and self‑doubt.
In our work together, IFS offers a way to…
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a gentle, neuro-experiential therapy that helps you process emotional experiences at the depth your system naturally feels them. By using specific eye positions that connect to where stress or old patterns are held in the body, Brainspotting allows your system to release what it’s been carrying — without pushing or overwhelming.
It blends beautifully with Internal Family Systems.
IFS helps us understand which parts of you feel activated, while Brainspotting helps us access where those parts are holding tension or emotion. Together, they create a grounded, compassionate process that supports clarity, regulation, and deeper healing.
